Here is our story of how it all began in creating our family operated business.

We've always had a burning desire to have our own business, something to call our own, and for it to be family oriented so that we could be together.

Togetherness is important to us. 

​

Having a deep interest to grow our own food using natural organic methods has been a top priority for us. It is of tremendous value to us knowing how our food is sourced, and its quality for our consumption.  

 

A small seeded desire to grow our own food turned into fabricating several raised garden beds in our backyard. This inspired action led us to a more Eco friendly approach to living.

 

By composting our food scraps, learning how to use the elements of our environment for maximum growing benefits, and buying less produce from the grocery store, which helps to decrease the carbon footprint - our lifestyle transformed into one that we felt most resonance with.

Not only do we know where our food is soured from and how it's grown,

our garden provides us a space to gather. 

 

Our garden has become our biggest teacher, especially for our children -

from learning the way of life, the natural cycles of growth and death,

where food comes from, and how to grow the food we eat. 

​

We have fallen in love with this way of living, and always want to share all the goodness that we produce with friends and  family.

 

We soon realized that being in a hotter zone for gardening, we were limited with the variety of what we could grow. Having limitations on space and variety led us to an alternative approach, microgreens. 

 

This is the beginning of our embarkment to growing Microgreens that quickly came into fruition. Microgreens have a quick seed to harvest turn around, and in learning the nutritional value they offer we knew that we needed these baby greens in our diet.

 

We started small, followed our inspired action, and leaped into unbounded faith. Our dream is big and we feel it deep within our hearts. We are unsure of our outcome and what it may look like, but we are certain that we are on the right path, following our joy, and trusting the process as it unfolds for us.

We know that we want to grow nutritious greens with our honest and simple approach,

and to share it with our local community. 

 

It is in our hopes that our vision for our microgreens family business 

resonates with all of you. We want to inspire others through our food and our connection to our community.
